Caring Lions Adventure Activities Midsummer Fun
Training strategy:
-Adventure activities are a kind of "experiential learning"-(Experiential Learning). Experiential learning is practice-oriented, through the SEN schoolchildren's personal experience, combined with the teaching methods of reflection and learning.
-Let the SEN participants experience (Experiential Learning) success, by completing different challenging activities and games, let the participants experience (Experiential Learning) success and growth in the process.
-Abstract Conceptualisation: Coaches share different observations, encourage SEN participants to think further, consolidate their gains, and guide them to transform their learning experience.
Training objectives:
-Carry out adventure activities to allow SEN participants to challenge themselves and enhance their self-confidence;
-Encourage SEN students to participate actively through games and activities, based on their own abilities
And method to complete the task, commission self-efficacy;
-Let the trainees gain practical experience in the process of participation and make these experiences
After being transformed into useful knowledge and skills, they can be used in daily life
middle:
-Through group activities, let SEN students understand the importance of being in a group and have more social interaction;
-Learn and inspire through reflection to welcome the future with a positive attitude.
Activities:
- SEN students and other students get to know each other;
-Warm-up games: Rainbow Bridge, Journey of Pearls;
-Theme games: ✓ Balance beam ✓ Tire array ✓ Rope net wall ✓ Suspension bridge
Review method:
-Observe the SEN participation and involvement of different participants;
-Invite participants to fill out a review questionnaire to understand the effectiveness of the activity;
-Adventure instructors and participants review during the event.
